A LIFE OF FAITH

A LIFE OF FAITH

“For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The Just shall live by Faith”.

Romans 1:17

The basis of our salvation is faith in the birth, crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension of Christ Jesus. We approach God through faith in the finished work of Christ, we receive the gift of the Holy Spirit by faith. It is by faith we believe we’re now children of God, by faith, we have the assurance of eternity. The life we have been called to live as believers is a life of faith. As it is written, “The just shall live by faith,” Rom. 1:17.

We have received a wonderful life in Christ, we can live as legends on the earth, superheroes the world looks up to. We have the Marvel Universe and Dc Universe for comic fanatics, dear believer, you are also a superhero of Faith!

Faith has been defined as the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen, (Heb. 11:1) Your faith is called the evidence, which is proof of things you’re yet to see. It is the substance, the most vital part, of whatever you’re hoping for. Glory to God! Remember, Jesus said, “If you have faith as a mustard seed, you’ll say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. Matt. 17:20. He also said, “All things are possible to him who believes,” Mark9:23.

Living a life of faith for the believer should be the norm, we already believe the “impossible”; That our eternity is secured, the Spirit of God dwelling on the inside, our sins are forgiven, we believe this whilst they are feats that are humanly impossible and even what other people still look at it as foolish, but we BELIEVE! This is proof that believing for material things should be without much stress.

Whatever it is you might be expecting or seeking from God, requires your faith. “For without faith, it is impossible to please God,” Heb. 11:6. There’s a need for you to believe in possibilities because the ability of God is limited by the capacity of your faith. As you keep putting your faith in Jesus, over everything great or small, I see your faith birthing realities you desire according to God’s purposes and plans for, in Jesus name, amen.
