So Moses made a bronze snake and put it up on a pole. Then when anyone was bitten by a snake and looked at the bronze snake, they lived.

Numbers 21: 9

This is a typology of what we have in Christ; our sinful nature condemned us to death, but upon looking at the redemptive work of Jesus Christ, immediately we are restored to the path of righteousness. Hence, the life we live is not based on our works, but, upon the grace Christ has freely offered to all who would believe in his mission on earth.

Rom.5.17 – For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)

Through this Gift of righteousness we now reign in Life, I feel strongly impressed to speak to someone having suicidal thoughts, ” Hey! You are Alive In Him, Reign in Life!”

We are a people who have inherited life and together with it purpose. Coming to Christ has offered us a new type of life, which is the supernatural type of life. This new life is for to operate at the supernatural level our father desires of us.  An assurance of this new life is the depository of the Holy Spirit present in every believer.

By receiving this spirit, we are confident of God’s presence on our inside and at such we remain forever conscious of the infinite power at our disposal. It is like handing over the staff of office to a teenager, as long as he wields the staff, He has the authority to command the personnel under his jurisdiction. He is at liberty to utilize his new found power to drive for both personal motive and for the collective good of the masses. Acts 17: 28 says, “for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’” This is a clear indication of what we have been called into and the benefits attached to our new found life in Christ Jesus.

Being Alive to God then means we are found in him because we are the ones he has chosen and called unto his will, and perfect plan. So, we consistently stand, rest assured that everything will turn out great because we know the thoughts he has towards us, which are thoughts of good and not of evil. Additionally, we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

Jesus conquered death so we could live an abundant life in Him.

DECLARATION: Today more than ever, I stand assured that I am in the father and I am at the center of his will. The father loves me so dearly and He is constantly watching out for me as the good Father He is. I am his now and forever and nothing can change that.
