PLANNING WITH GOD

PLANNING WITH GOD

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your Paths

Proverbs 3:5-6

We know that those who are saved are now in the plan of God. This is very important to note because you now have His Spirit on the inside of you and the Bible says in

Romans 8:14 “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are sons of God”.

As a believer, we just don’t present our plans to God and expect him to take charge, just imagine if a servant came to His master with laid down plans of what he wants to do and tells the master to provide all he will need to achieve his plans. That sounds absurd, right?

The will of God is already Blessed so we are blessed when we do the will of God.

The Spirit of God wants to lead you because you are a son. Let your heart be open to His leading, lean not on your own understanding, by acknowledging him He directs our paths.

Acknowledging him in all our ways means we give Him the space to do what he wants with our plans, we allow God to direct our paths.

This year will be much better for us by simply deciding to trust God’s plans for us, to allow him to direct our paths, we give first place to finding out his plan for us and we follow it.

We Plan with Him not For Him.

THERE IS LOVE IN SHARING

Come to think of it. He is God, He created the world and everything in it. While our decisions and plans is based on things we know and things we presume, He still has a wider and better coverage of all things, so why leave things to chance? He is the alpha and the omega, He knows the end from the start, the whole earth is His design, you can’t understand the plan of a house better than the architect. So it is only wisdom to get God involved in everything.

Just when I thought I have made all the plans for the year, this particular topic reminded me that I planned alone, on my own understanding which isn’t enough until I put God in it totally. I have to revisit those plans🤔
