“While we look not at the things that are seen but the things which are not seen for the things which are seen are temporal but the things that are not seen are eternal”

– 2 Corinthians 4:18

I believe this is a seasoned word; a word God in His supremacy and eternal wisdom had designed for you to be receiving at such a time as this. Aren’t you excited about that?
Today we’re looking at unseen realities as the exhortation for our devotion, and no better scripture holds that thought together like our opening verse, letting us know that there are things optical eyes can see, and there are some others that are unseen, however they are realities all the same.

A good thought this suggests is what Hebrews 11:3 says, that “through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, such that the things which are seen came not out of that which can be seen but of the unseen”. We are again reminded that there is such thing as unseen reality. I mean, how can invisible things be the building block that fashioned what can be seen if not that there is such thing as unseen reality.

Life is spiritual and the spirituality of life is seen in this, that invisible things shape visible things. By invisible things, I mean supernatural realities by and from the word of God or through the Spirit of God. The believer in Christ Jesus, beautifully, is that one who has the benefit of functioning supernaturally in a natural world.

He can use the word of God to frame things into existence, he can as well use words to dematerialize things out of this realm. How do we do this? By choosing to see through the lens of the Word; don’t just read the word, picture the word, as you meditate you’re using the word to create, you’re already using the word to create in the invisible realm and then as you keep your heart on that picture that the word has painted and you pray with it and confess it, you’re giving it power to become tangible in this physical realm. Glory to God.

Let the reality of the word be your reality. Keep it at the center of your consciousness, that’s the way to make the word produce in you.

CONFESSION: I declare that by the Spirit of God I’m able to function supernaturally In this natural world, I see from the eyes of the word, the word is my reality, my mirror that guides me. Amen
